1.      What is the Hyatt Private Line Program?

 

The Hyatt Private Line program is an exclusive loyalty program for bookers to accrue and redeem points for Hotel reservations made at Hyatt Properties. They can redeem their points for Redemption Night Stays, F&B Vouchers, Wellness Vouchers and Shopping Vouchers.

 

2.      How does one enroll in the Hyatt Private Line program?

 

To enroll, one needs to fill in the Hyatt Private Line Enrolment form. The Hotel Front desk would help you during the enrolment process.

 

3.      When will one receive login credentials to the Hyatt Private Line Program?

 

Once the Enrolment Form has been submitted, you will receive your login credentials via email within 48 hours.

 

4.      Can one continue to accrue points on transactions made after joining another Company?

 

The Private Line Program is for Individual Bookers of a Company. In case you change your company, you can continue to use the existing Private Line membership till the points are available in the account. To earn points for Bookings done in your new Company, you would have to follow the Enrolment Process again and join as a new member.

 

5.      When will one earn points in the Hyatt Private Line membership account?

 

You will start earning points for bookings done at Hyatt properties. Post the successful check out of the guest, the points will start reflecting in your Hyatt Private Line membership account.

 

6.      What is the validity of the points earned?

 

The validity for the points earned are 1 year from the month of accrual.

 

7.      What is the value of the points?

 

1 Point is equivalent to INR 1

 

8.      What if you have not received your points?

 

If you have not received your points kindly inform to the Hotel Front desk staff within 48hrs along with a physical copy of the bill.

9.        How can you redeem the vouchers?

 

You must provide your mobile number registered with Hyatt Private Line and show the e-voucher at the property to redeem.
